Woo! I leave for California a week from today! I can't wait. But there is so much stuff that I still need to get done! I still need to figure out what I want to bring. I'm supposed to put music on my old iPod and teach my dad how to use it. Grr. I'm getting my hair done tomorrow. I hate getting my hair done.

To top it all off, I won't get a chance to see the new Harry Potter movie until after I get back! Which will be three weeks or so from now! So I decided to do the meme snagged from lorelaievans.

So after seeing the promos for Camaleones I've decided that I'm really, really worried about it. I just really am not buying the whole Belinda being the same age as Poncho. And what I'm buying even less than that is Belinda being a teacher I mean hello, she's like 20. I don't know. I really think that her and Sherlyn's roles should have been switched even if she doesn't sound her age, at least with the right make-up she looks older.

I'm watching The Wiz right now, and I really didn't think it was going to be as entertaining as it is. I'm very pleasantly surprised. It's a lot darker than I thought it was going to be. But it's funny at the same time. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be as funny as it is but yeah. I loved the IOBK part lol. I also love Diana Ross's what the fuck is going on looks. I was laughing so hard watching this movie. By the end of the movie I was feeling sorta bogged down with songs, but I always feel that way about musicals. Overall it was really a good movie. If you haven't seen it then I suggest you see it.

I have a question for anyone who had read The Wizard of Oz, is it in old English? Or... new English?

I’ve been watching bits and pieces of the memorial service just watching that I know I can’t watch the whole thing. Two parts that really stick out in my head right now is of course little Paris saying that he’s the best dad that you could ever imagine. That broke my heart. I really thought that I was okay with everything until I saw that.

Another part that got to me was when Magic Johnson was telling his story about eating KFC with Michael and Kobe Bryant behind him was heart breaking. He was trying his hardest to keep it together but he couldn’t and that was just so devastating for me.

Not much is going on but I just feel like writing and since I have no inspiration for fiction I guess I'll just do some real life stuff.

So, my brother had his first week of baseball today, and all week I was so excited because I wanted to work on my tan. But since it was cold and windy I didn't get much of tan. My face did get burned though! Yay! Usually I don't get burned but today of course when I wasn't thinking of sun protection that's when I got burned. :-/

I haven't posted in awhile it's not like I ever have anything to say anyway. But today I sorta do.

First, I just want to apologize to anyone at other forums if I've seemed to be a little ranty as of late. This whole week I've been running on low energy and so if I've seemed cranky, spacey, ranty, or anything else unpleasant I am sorry.

Second, I've been capping the third season of Rebelde like crazy and I had no idea that I'd like doing it so much. Since I cap the entire episode then go through all the caps and delete them it's like I'm watching the show all over again. It's obviously different because I don't have any sound, but it's still fun anyway (mostly because sometimes I make up my own diologue. lol) There are so many characters and storylines that I had forgotten about. Like the whole Vico and Mia getting back at Pilar and Sol by giving them that spa treatment that made them break out. I don't really remember what Pilar and Sol even did, but yeah. They're revenge was funny.

There are also some bad things that I don't really care to remember like, Alma and Franco. I did not realize how much they grossed me out. I mean... ew. I didn't even know that I didn't like them, I must have just blacked out during their scenes or something I don't know. Ugh, and Sabrina! I had forgotten how ugly that girl truley is. She somewhat grosses me out. And it bothers me why is Miguel so clueless to her evilness. Roberta gets it and she doesn't even know her! Mia gets it too. But Miguel? Nope not a chance. Idiot.

Another thing I realized from capping is that I'm really bad at deleting a clear cap of someone I like. So, I tend to have like 300 of basically the same cap of people usually there's a slight variation in facial expressions. So, I hope when it comes time to sharing, people don't get mad with the amount of caps. lol

Third, I saw Matthew Fox on the Jimmy Kimble show last night and he was talking about LOST and how he knows what the final images of the show is going to be. The whole time he was talking I was like, "Matthew! Just let it 'slip'!" About the last season though I'm sorta like on the fence about it. One part of me really wants to see how it ends, and in a way I'm sorta ready for it to end because it's gotten to be in such a weird place it doesn't even seem like the same show anymore. But on the other side, I don't want it to end because I know I'll miss most of the characters. Even though most all of the ones that I've really come to like have already died on the show. And the ones that I despise are still running around that damn jungle all safe an carefree. Why can't at least one of them get eaten or whatever by that damn cloud of smoke?

Forth, (I'm not really sure why I'm counting.) And I can't remember what my fourth topic was. See lack of energy = Spacey Mandi.

I didn't mean for this to be so long and probably boring.

Okay, so I know no one on my flist cares about Manny... well maybe one person.

Anyway, here it is. If you know about Manny Ramirez then you know that he was just suspended for 50 games for "performance enhancing" drugs or something of the sort. Well, now people are automatically talking about how he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame because of this. Now what is really bugging me is the fact that someone would even consider not voting for him to be in the Hall of Fame when it comes time for him to go in. I'm not the biggest Ramirez fan, since he's done a few things that I don't agree with, but I still think that he's a great baseball player and the things that he's done to make him at least considered being in the Hall of Fame. I just think it's so lame that people actually think that steroids, or any other drug really makes it any easier for a baseball player. It's crazy that people actually think that way.

Okay. Baseball rant over.

So, I'm not really sure how many people if any on my flist are into playing The Sims games. But I am and the newest Sims will be coming out June 2nd. And I can't wait! It just seems like so much fun and the graphics look amazing. And really for anyone who hasn't ever played it, I really would like to say that this really is the right game to start playing it for those of you who have never played. :D

Since Aline totally beat me to the Mai pic... :p I decided to use the pic of Ucker from the last Rebelde issue. I'm not 100% happy about it but... yeah. :/

So, I decided to re-do my Top 10 Hottest Hotties list, since it has changed a lot. I realize how bad it looks, I didn't realize that none of it lined up until I started posting it, but since I'm too lazy to re-do it I'm going to leave it as it is.

So, this weekend has been pretty amazing for me. Mostly for one reason. I went to the Twins Game on Friday against the Angels, not only did I get to see my Torii again. But I got to see Jason Kubel hit for the cycle which totally kicked ass. Like the whole game was pretty much a disappointment because Gardy decided he wanted to take Blackburn our starting pitcher out pre-maturely. I can see where he was coming from and what he was trying to do. He was trying to create minimal damage and all that stuff, but that's not really how it worked out at all. At one point I think we were down 9 to 4. Thanks relievers. Then the bottom of the 8th came around and we got to see some vintage Twins they just kept getting hit after hit driving in a few. Then they loaded up the bases and Jason Kubel came up to bat. They guy in front of me was like he just need a home run to complete the cycle. And I was like, "Yeah right he's gunna hit a home run right now." Oh my, I'm litterly getting giddy again just thinking about it. Yeah, then he hit the home run, bases loaded, grand slam. Which not only completed the cycle for Kubel, but it also brought the Twins into the lead. I don't think I've ever experienced anything quite like that. I was so pumped. We as the fans didn't sit down at all for the 9th inning. Joe Nathan came in and pretty much did what Nathan does, pitched and amazing 9th. It was amazing.

Oh, and another thing that makes this weekend kick ass, is that my mom just bought airline tickets cuz we're going to catch a few Angles games in LA!! How amazing is that?? lol I'm pumped.

And also, I wanted to pass along this amazing band that I've recently found out about. They're called Sonohra. They're Italian brothers and they're really good. I think you should check them out. They sing in both Italian and Spanish. I personally like the Italian better than the Spanish.

Okay. This one I know I haven't done. ( Q&A )

My favorite movie as a kid was The Three Amigos. I used to watch it in a loop when I was like four or five. Now that I'm older, I do actually still like the movie. I like watching movies or TV shows that I watched as a kid to see if I'd still like them, and then when you watch them, I find all these other funny parts, that as a kid I never would have got. And I love that.

Well, I started doing a meme but then I realized that I had done it already so, yeah. No meme.

Oh! I'm  so happy I'm sitting out in my den like room and I have the sliding glass door open. I love it, I can breath fresh air. I can hear the birds singing, the wind chimes, the cars passing on the street. I always forget how much I love Spring until it gets here. I need to find a good book and go sit in the sun for awhile! I'm so excited!

Another reason why I love Spring is because it's the first signs of baseball season kicking off. Although, I hate the hot weather that summer brings it's totally worth it just to be able to see some baseball. I hope I'm this excited when our outdoor stadium opens in 2010. Right now, I know I'm in no hurry for that to happen.

Pretty much I'm just bored out of my mind, so what's the best way to cure your boredness than a meme? :P

Okay, doing this meme totally reminded me, I went into foot locker today because after like a million years of deciding, I finally decided to get a pair of Nikes. And of course they don't have my size. That's what happens when you have teeny tiny little child feet. Well, I don't know if they're really that small but... they're smaller than my younger sister's. Anyway, I had to order them and they won't be here until like Tuesday, and I really, really, really wanted to show them off at school tomorrow. lol Well, here's a picture if anyone was wondering what they look like. They look much better in person than they do on the pic.

So, obviously if you're an RBD fan you'd know that the last CD leaked, so here's what I think about it.

Overall: I really liked it. I could tell that they were trying different things with their sound and I just wish they had done it with earlier Cds. But I understand why they didn’t, now they have nothing to lose before they did. I thought that a lot of the songs sounded like other songs, but a lot of them I couldn't put the songs with the sound, if that makes sense. I wish that there would have been more guys songs. I would have loved a Christian solo, I was really disappointed that they he was barely in it. It seems like the producers for got how to include every member like they did in the Nuestro Amor CD. It seemed more like they were telling us here's what you have to look forward from Annie and Dulce, who really cares about the rest.
