I went to go see the midnight showing of it and it was crazy! Some people had to wait for something to get into the movie and they were all pushing on each other and trying to run into the damn theater like they wouldn't ever get in. I don't know. I was afraid that I was going to get trampled or something creepy like that. But I didn't and I'm fine. :P

Woo! I just ordered my This Is It tickets! I had a total scare though because the first site that I tried buying them from wouldn't let me so I naturally thought they were sold out... I almost cried. But then when I went to Fandango and it told me to click on the red showtime that I wanted. So, I clicked on the time that I wanted then it took me to the screen and it said, 'Twilight Matinee' and idiot me is like, "What? Twilight? Who said I wanted to see Twilight? If I wanted to see fucking Twilight I woulda searched Twilight!" But obviously that's not what they meant. They meant that's what kind of showing it was. So, crisis averted, don't worry. Anyway, I can't wait. I'm so excited to see it and I'm really happy that my dad agreed to go with me and my sister. Cuz really, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't know who the hell Michael Jackson is... And if that were the case... I don't even know who I would be.

First I want to start out with saying sorry that I've been neglecting you guys as of late. School and The Twins have totally taken over my life. :(

Second I wanna say. THE MINNESOTA TWINS ARE THE AL CENTRAL CHAMPS!!!!



I am so excited by this I can't help but hope that the Metrodome will see one last world series where there will be no weather to fuck things up.

Really though this has been an amazing season. Like always The Twins were counted out from the start. Hell, they were counted out going into the last series of the season and they came back swept the Royals which is an accomplishment in and with itself, the Royals may finish last or near last every year but they're not about to let the winner of AL Central not earn it, forcing The Twins and The Tigers into a one game tiebreaker. That game was amazing! They were fighting back and forth most of the game. Great plays were made by both sides. Really you can't ask for anything more. What makes it all the more amazing is that the two biggest hits came from guys who never had a regular spot in the line-up all season. It was amazing.

To make things all the sweeter, Joe Mauer goes and wins his third batting title in four years with a .365 average. He's had a career year with 28 home runs and 96 RBI and that's after missing the entire first month of the season due to a back injury.

There is so much more that I can say right now, but I can barely get out any logical thoughts to go into correct sentence/paragraph formation.

Did anyone watch the VMAs last night? Well, if you didn't I'm sure you'll be able to catch it one of the 500 times that they re-air it. This year was the first time in a really long time that I watched the full thing. It started with a lame ass tribute to Michael Jackson. I mean, I love Janet and everything, but the dancers that were dressed in Michael inspired outfits dancing his choreography were very lame. I guess it really just shows how good Michael really was. Honestly, I'm not even going to comment on Madonna's weird speech. She said some really sweet things, but some really strange unrelated things as well. Then the whole Kanye West shit. WTF? I mean, I'm really not a fan of Taylor Swift at all, like at all, but I really don't see why he thought it was necessary to come out and shout out his opinions at us. Beyonce had the best video of the year? Uh, yeah, and she won that award, didn't she? But anyway, I thought it was nice that Beyonce let Taylor come out and give her speech.


Ooh, so I watched the pilot episode of Vampire Diaries, and I really, really like it. I know a lot of people are going to compare it to Twilight, but really there's no comparing. I mean, they both involve teenage vampires... that's really so far all I can tell where it ends. I really love the cute interaction between Elena and Stefan they're really cute. I haven't read any of the books so I'm really interested to see what happens with Damon and Elena.

I've decided that I'm going to start watching Heroes. My mom and my brother have been watching it for a while and I've caught a few episodes here and there and I'm sorta sick of asking them, "Oh, well what's that guy's power." and shit like that so, I decided to start watching. Now all I need to do is find the time to watch it. Grr. Damn school.

How did I totally forget to mention the New Moon trailer? It really looked a lot different than the book. I kept trying to figure out how the hell Robert was doing any kind of filming for the movie since Edward was rarely in the book. But now I see. He looks really weird too. Like a lot paler and like he's dying instead of being undead or whatever. I'm really looking forward to the Bella and Jacob interaction. I always liked them in the books. I more like him than them. But I'm looking forward to seeing more of him. Plus Taylor is such a little cutie so how can you not want to see more of him.

Also, the This Is It trailer was nice. After seeing that, it makes it even more unexpected for him to have died when he did. From all the footage I've seen of his rehearsing he hasn't seemed at all unhealthy like people say he did. He just looked like Michael Jackson. it also showed that at 50 he was going to be able to do what people can't even begin to do at 25. He was still moving like his young-self, singing like his young-self, he was still doing it all like his young-self. After seeing that footage there is no way I'd believe that, that man was 50 years old, almost 51. No way.

So, I know I've sorta been a bad LJ friend. School has started and it is already kicking my ass. I hate it. I have such crappy classes that I have to take if I want to finish school on time. And they all suck... Well, not all. But most of them.

Well, as was expected after Michael Jackson's birthday I've become OBSESSED again. So, last night I watched Moonwalker. There were so many good memories and somethings that I had forgotten. I totally forgot about the little kids doing the bad video. Ha. It was so cute and so funny. One thing that I really don't remember is the Come Together part at the end. Whoa! For the first time since I was like... 4 I thought that Michael was one sexy man. Ha. I mean, I never thought that he was ugly or anything, but I never found him to be all that sexy. He was too cute to be sexy. But in the Come Together Video... yeah.  Sexy. I have to make caps of it ASAP.

Since I'm back in school I've noticed to get myself through the day I've been writing MJJ = _______ all over the place in my notebook. It's sorta fun actually trying to come up with new ones. I wish I could write in a fancy way so it looks cooler but whatever.

I got back from vacation on Monday. I had a great time! But I'll save that for a different day.

I just saw Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. (Now I’ll be able to go read you guys’ reviews and comment on them.) I liked the movie, but honestly it’s not my favorite. There were a lot of things that I honestly have no idea if they were in the book or not. I don’t remember anything from this book. I have to re-read it. Cuz seriously, I don’t even really remember how the book ended.

I came across something interesting last night while surfing through youtube. I found this Indian Soap Opera called Remix which is a remake of Rebelde Way. I always knew it was around but I had never been able to find any videos. It’s really weird I watched the first few episodes of the show and it’s a lot different than the other versions that I’ve seen. Not story wise but it’s really, really conservative in India. I learned that it’s against the law to show two people kissing on TV. I’m not really sure how they’re going to be able to pull of Rebelde at all.

Wow! I didn’t expect this to be so damn long!

So, as I sit here waiting for my toe nails to dry I figured I'd let my flist know that I'll be on vacation starting late tonight until Monday.

Woo! I leave for California a week from today! I can't wait. But there is so much stuff that I still need to get done! I still need to figure out what I want to bring. I'm supposed to put music on my old iPod and teach my dad how to use it. Grr. I'm getting my hair done tomorrow. I hate getting my hair done.

So after seeing the promos for Camaleones I've decided that I'm really, really worried about it. I just really am not buying the whole Belinda being the same age as Poncho. And what I'm buying even less than that is Belinda being a teacher I mean hello, she's like 20. I don't know. I really think that her and Sherlyn's roles should have been switched even if she doesn't sound her age, at least with the right make-up she looks older.

I'm watching The Wiz right now, and I really didn't think it was going to be as entertaining as it is. I'm very pleasantly surprised. It's a lot darker than I thought it was going to be. But it's funny at the same time. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be as funny as it is but yeah. I loved the IOBK part lol. I also love Diana Ross's what the fuck is going on looks. I was laughing so hard watching this movie. By the end of the movie I was feeling sorta bogged down with songs, but I always feel that way about musicals. Overall it was really a good movie. If you haven't seen it then I suggest you see it.

I have a question for anyone who had read The Wizard of Oz, is it in old English? Or... new English?

I’ve been watching bits and pieces of the memorial service just watching that I know I can’t watch the whole thing. Two parts that really stick out in my head right now is of course little Paris saying that he’s the best dad that you could ever imagine. That broke my heart. I really thought that I was okay with everything until I saw that.

Another part that got to me was when Magic Johnson was telling his story about eating KFC with Michael and Kobe Bryant behind him was heart breaking. He was trying his hardest to keep it together but he couldn’t and that was just so devastating for me.

Not much is going on but I just feel like writing and since I have no inspiration for fiction I guess I'll just do some real life stuff.

So, my brother had his first week of baseball today, and all week I was so excited because I wanted to work on my tan. But since it was cold and windy I didn't get much of tan. My face did get burned though! Yay! Usually I don't get burned but today of course when I wasn't thinking of sun protection that's when I got burned. :-/

I haven't posted in awhile it's not like I ever have anything to say anyway. But today I sorta do.

First, I just want to apologize to anyone at other forums if I've seemed to be a little ranty as of late. This whole week I've been running on low energy and so if I've seemed cranky, spacey, ranty, or anything else unpleasant I am sorry.

Second, I've been capping the third season of Rebelde like crazy and I had no idea that I'd like doing it so much. Since I cap the entire episode then go through all the caps and delete them it's like I'm watching the show all over again. It's obviously different because I don't have any sound, but it's still fun anyway (mostly because sometimes I make up my own diologue. lol) There are so many characters and storylines that I had forgotten about. Like the whole Vico and Mia getting back at Pilar and Sol by giving them that spa treatment that made them break out. I don't really remember what Pilar and Sol even did, but yeah. They're revenge was funny.

There are also some bad things that I don't really care to remember like, Alma and Franco. I did not realize how much they grossed me out. I mean... ew. I didn't even know that I didn't like them, I must have just blacked out during their scenes or something I don't know. Ugh, and Sabrina! I had forgotten how ugly that girl truley is. She somewhat grosses me out. And it bothers me why is Miguel so clueless to her evilness. Roberta gets it and she doesn't even know her! Mia gets it too. But Miguel? Nope not a chance. Idiot.

Another thing I realized from capping is that I'm really bad at deleting a clear cap of someone I like. So, I tend to have like 300 of basically the same cap of people usually there's a slight variation in facial expressions. So, I hope when it comes time to sharing, people don't get mad with the amount of caps. lol

Third, I saw Matthew Fox on the Jimmy Kimble show last night and he was talking about LOST and how he knows what the final images of the show is going to be. The whole time he was talking I was like, "Matthew! Just let it 'slip'!" About the last season though I'm sorta like on the fence about it. One part of me really wants to see how it ends, and in a way I'm sorta ready for it to end because it's gotten to be in such a weird place it doesn't even seem like the same show anymore. But on the other side, I don't want it to end because I know I'll miss most of the characters. Even though most all of the ones that I've really come to like have already died on the show. And the ones that I despise are still running around that damn jungle all safe an carefree. Why can't at least one of them get eaten or whatever by that damn cloud of smoke?

Forth, (I'm not really sure why I'm counting.) And I can't remember what my fourth topic was. See lack of energy = Spacey Mandi.

I didn't mean for this to be so long and probably boring.

Okay, so I know no one on my flist cares about Manny... well maybe one person.

Anyway, here it is. If you know about Manny Ramirez then you know that he was just suspended for 50 games for "performance enhancing" drugs or something of the sort. Well, now people are automatically talking about how he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame because of this. Now what is really bugging me is the fact that someone would even consider not voting for him to be in the Hall of Fame when it comes time for him to go in. I'm not the biggest Ramirez fan, since he's done a few things that I don't agree with, but I still think that he's a great baseball player and the things that he's done to make him at least considered being in the Hall of Fame. I just think it's so lame that people actually think that steroids, or any other drug really makes it any easier for a baseball player. It's crazy that people actually think that way.

Okay. Baseball rant over.

So, I'm not really sure how many people if any on my flist are into playing The Sims games. But I am and the newest Sims will be coming out June 2nd. And I can't wait! It just seems like so much fun and the graphics look amazing. And really for anyone who hasn't ever played it, I really would like to say that this really is the right game to start playing it for those of you who have never played. :D

So, I decided to re-do my Top 10 Hottest Hotties list, since it has changed a lot. I realize how bad it looks, I didn't realize that none of it lined up until I started posting it, but since I'm too lazy to re-do it I'm going to leave it as it is.
